Easy Online Photo Editing with Picnik

Picnik allows you to edit your real estate agent photos online and for free. You can easily crop, resize, rotate, sharpen, and color your photos. You also have the ability to add text, drop shadows, borders, rounded edges, and even a Polaroid look to your photos.

7 Steps to crop/cut out/trim unneeded portions of a photo using Picnik.

1. Go to Picnik and click the "Get started now!" button.
Note: If you don't have Adobe Flash 9.0 installed, you will need to install it. This is a common web browser plug in.

2. Click the "Upload Photo" button.

3. Browse to the photo you want to edit on your computer.

4. Click the "Crop" button.

5. Move and resize the highlighted area to select the portion you would like to crop. Once ready, click the "OK" button. Click the "Undo" button if you would like to start over.

6. Click the "Save and Share" tab.

7. Name it, then click the "Save Photo" button.

Now you can upload your edited photo to your Ultra Agent website!

This works great for listing photos too!

Create a Real Estate Website Slideshow

In 7 easy steps, you can create and embed a slideshow into your real estate agent website using Picasa Web Albums. You can embed your slideshow into all pages of your Ultra Agent website including one for each of your listings. This gives your listings and infinite amount of photos.

1. Log in to Picasa Web Albums. If you don't already have an account, you will need to create one.


2. Click the button "Upload Photos". Note: You don't need to download the main Picasa application. You can do everything online.


3. Name your photo album, add a description, and click "Continue". If this album is for a listing, you might want to name it the address of the listing and you can also add a location too.


4. Click the "Basic Uploader" link. Note: As we stated above, you don't need to download the main Picasa application. You can do everything online.


5. Click the "Browse" button and select a photo on your computer. You can upload 5 images at a time. When you're ready, click the "Start Upload" button.


6. Click the "Embed Slideshow" link.


7. Change the slideshow size to "Large 400px" and then grab the HTML code and paste it into your real estate website. See our example below.
